Purkayev Housing Complex Area Design

A Korean constructor who built local company in Sakhain, Russia appointed us to undertake the basic design and to approval/permission of a large apartment and business complex due to our design experience in Russia

At first, in order to supply of high class apartment to Sakhaln as we Desgnes high rise apartments flollowing constructor's instruction, it was changed to plate-type for the final draft. We planned the large landscape architecture utilizing proposition plan and helped them improve parking problem and constructional efficiency by utilizing the gap between sites. We designed the plane to be harmonized betwen the advantages of Korean apartment and Russia local residential habit and flare-facade to be stabilized and style as high class by using different finishing materials between upper parts and lower parts.
