Lotte Center Hanoi

First high rise building project in Vietnam.

I am getting excited and cannot sleep at all.

The Tower of Babel. Did they feel like such this in those days? Lotte Center Hanoi is a luck and an opportunity for DOUL Lotte Center Hanoi is a luck and an opportunity for DOUL because this compler building with 65 story located in the certer dfcity is the first high rise building project in Vietnam.

All officers and staffs who participated in the project consulted specialists  each field and then produced best design with the best construction technology. They completed approval/permission and practical plan successlully.

By using traditional Vietnamese folk costume 'Ao Dai' as a inspiration and treating curtain wall against outer wall, it expresses Vietnamese traditional beauty with both splendor and elegant taste.

As an answering architect structure to the structural stability of high building, the plane plan which satisfactory to interior function of various use, the user-friendliness, moving line considering security and core plan, we expect it to be a monumental landmark in Hanoi, Vietnam.

This project established DOUL again as a professional architectural design firm within overseas areas.
