MOFA Project

At the time of participating in the contest, DOUL was proceeding with the several projects in Russia and CIS countries and finalising the approval/permission process of the Lotte Center (65 stories) a 3km distance from the building site.
When DOUL was appointed as a participant for the MOFA project, we were excited much at having an opportunity again to show DOUL's capability regarding design and architect by building another landmark in Vietnam.
Vietnam was a new wealthy country out of Southeast Asia, and we had to reflect the dignity and symbol of MOFA as the central government agency that manages diplomacy, international treaty, protection of citizen abroad and emigration representing the nation both externally/internally.
