ISU Construction agreed a contract with HIB, Libya and appointed DOUL to lay out the blueprints for the consction. After analyzing the construction documents that were produced by a French firm Day Ne found out there were many discrepancies between construction and structural piteprints anc had to re-evaluate the construction. Through good understanding of Libyan traditional accommodation and a study on local constructional materials, DOUL has broaden its range of experience against Libyan projecis and have expanded thier opportunity to acting in this area of Africa.
