Seifullina Place

This project is located in AFD (Almaty Financial District) of Almaty city, Kazakhstan that is under development in fusion of business facilities and city type residential facilities through systematic planning. Especially the areas nearby AL-FARABI are the one foreign designer is introducing their excellent works to.
We planned Shipulina place to keep pleasant living environment through clear spatial separation utilizing height difference of site as block plan combining residential, business and commercial facilities. And we also planned to meet accessibility of both walkers and vehicles to business and commercial facilities.
So as to have discrimination from the previous uncommunicative complex facilities, we introduced the design which regards organic beauty and landscape as important to express ultramodern image.
