Constrexim complex

The project has a number of tasks such as separation of residential & non-residential areas car moving lines, obtaining fluent open space for residents in limited site and privacy of each tower and suggesting an idea as a new residential business complex:
Al dispatched staff to the Hanoi office carried on a number of late nights in order to seek prompt answers within limited time till a decision was made through idea meetings with the Contractor. They remembered their bodies got tired and exhausted but their pride and passion did not at all.

We planned to guide the outer approaching moving-line and obtain recognition by placing a shopping mall and offices near Pham Hung street.
We enabled the residents to have various living conveniences by designing environment-friendly green parks, resting places, external spaces, and an event plaza into one open space and to obtain privacy of the residents by placing open spaces and residential towers inside the site surrounded by lower podium stories.
The Green Park above the roof of the lower podium solves the limitation of outdoor space and provides the residents with a different walking course by using a difference of levels.

This complex which is located at the crossroad of Pham Hung street and Phm Banh east road with a floor are ratio of 1,200% and is planned to have a high density against a single site composing of 4 towers (3 rasidential towers office & 1 shipping tower| each with 45 stories. The Contractor required a plan offering independent building image which was effective and economic providing a new residential culture and outstanding symbolic image of a new complex.

We planned to lower the room temperature by making a wind route between residential towers, considering ventilation and lighting at the core and adopting a vertical echo space between balconies of sach floor. We also planned eco-space compleses, which decrease heating load such as a green park within the complex, a watering space, and a green park on the roof. We made efforts to satisfy and meet not only the function of containing individual life but also to make a people-friendly environment in which residents can dream of the future, cranting a variaty of atories for everyone.
